The basic benefits of operating in the MLM system are having a lot of time and money at the same time. It greatly increases the quality of life. It gives the opportunity to pursue passion and take care of the family. But there are other benefits. Sleeping
Sometimes, when I talk to people working full time, they say that this job fully satisfies them – because, for example: they earn double the national average, have a managerial position, so some prestige, a good social package, because they work in a western company with large organizational culture, they have a low stress job, nice company. But when they talk about vacation, they first say the following sentence with great enthusiasm: “I will finally be able to sleep well!” So that’s what they miss, unfortunately. And this is in MLM. Here you can sleep well every day at will. Often, leaders say that they start work at 10am, they finish at 12am, and then deal with their affairs.
Time
Full-time employees go to work early in the morning. During that time of the day there is Mostly snow in the wintertime and ice on the road. MLM people start work later, when the road conditions are usually good and the ice or rime flows from the windows itself, so they don’t have to scratch them laboriously. Leaders can do their business at any time. Preferably outside of rush hours, when there are no traffic jams in the city and there is little traffic in the shops. Full-time employees, when they do not get a holiday, already move around the city in traffic jams. So it is not enough that they work for a long time, they do their business longer. And what about time for the family? You have to wait longer for an appointment with a dentist, beautician or car mechanic. Because the afternoon appointments in the coming days are usually busy.
Eating
Employees also do not have time to eat. Those who have a little more fo time, do not have the time and usually also opportunities to eat healthy at work. The research shows that a large number of employees eats very little, and even more irregularly, in a hurry. Often, due to lack of time at work and at home, they eat fast food, defective, highly processed foods. They don’t have time to cook. They also usually don’t have money for high-quality supplements, which are basically paralysis, with strong prophylactic properties. Leaders have money for it. Often, they can even buy supplements cheaper, because many MLM companies have them on offer.
Benefits of MLM
Occupational disease
There are harmful factors on the job. A very large professional group, such as office workers, is exposed to back problems. The awareness of these full-time employees and business owners is low. The labor inspectorate has no funds to enforce the policy on ergonomics and hygiene of work. The case is insidious because defects of the spine and its diseases do not arise right away, for years there is no sign that something may be going wrong. It is similar with eyes. Sitting for hours at the screen is not natural for human physiology. Hence eye problems.
Night work
The same applies to night work. Medical services, police, railway and power plant maintenance must operate round the clock. But the production of e.g. electronic equipment in 3 shifts is a translation of efficiency – that is, profit over human welfare and health. Employees agree, because they either have no other job and have to live on something, or are not aware of the effects of working at night. Scientific research has more than once proved that due to the disruption of circadian rhythm, many illnesses often occur after several years. Stress is a very negative factor that often accompanies full-time work. Long-lasting leads to serious diseases. There are also factors related to noise, toxic agents, danger of work, e.g. at height. There are no harmful factors in network marketing. In addition, people working in it have definitely more opportunities to take care of mental and physical hygiene – that is, their own health.
Freedom
When you have a difficult day, you have to go to a full-time job anyway. Unless you take a vacation. And this is usually a smaller or bigger problem. Vacation holidays must be planned in advance and must be agreed with other employees. If the weather is not good within this period, the next vacation will be gone. Unless next year. And how the weather will be good… The MLM leader can take a vacation at any time without asking anyone for his opinion. So he can go on vacation when the weather is just right. The same applies to weekend trips. If it rains on the weekend, the MLM man can leave in the middle of the week. And enjoy peace and quiet. On weekends, tourist attractions are crowded, especially the most known ones. This applies to the greatest extent to ski slopes. You go skiing during the week and queue at the weekend.
After a few years of work, if multi-level marketing is doing well, you can reach a level when business is growing by itself, without the need for our participation. This happens when we have leaders in our structure who have become independent. Then you can be on vacation all the time. Of course, it’s good to have contact with your group. But thanks to modern technology, this can be done from anywhere on Earth. So a graduate student may already be a retired person in the context of his professional career. It differs from a pensioner who worked full-time in that he can use his free time in a much more comfortable way – because he has much more money.
Summing-up
There are many more examples showing MLM‘s advantage over full-time work. This does not mean that a full-time job is a bad thing. MLM is a distribution system, and it would not exist if it were not for the manufacturing and service sphere, which are mainly based on full-time employees. However, the production line is the domain of technology, not man. Work should be pleasure and fun. Not a prison whose the head is the economic constraint. The place where everyone is now is the result of their qualifications, experience and, above all, emotional resources. Self-confidence, high self-esteem and personal beliefs are about success. MLM stimulates the development of these resources, the development of independence and entrepreneurship.
