Time for the second part of the clash of the titans! In the previous article, two outstanding and ambitious players stood in the ring of the RANKING MLM portal – Daniel Konieczny vs Kris Kowal. Control your emotions, we have six rounds ahead of us. We remind you that the idea of the ring is the confrontation of two different people earning on the Internet, but looking differently at the world, so different and so similar at the same time. Gentlemen will certainly do anything to achieve victory. We keep our fingers crossed!

- He broke his spine (9 vertebrae, 14 small bones) and punctured his lungs. The doctors gave him a 5% chance of walking. Three months after the accident he recovered
- He ran a marathon in New Zealand despite diabetes

ROUND 7: HOW DID YOU START YOUR BUSINESS ADVENTURE?
I started with hard work, with labour, and I knew that to achieve something I had to take care of business. The fate wanted that I started in UK. First micro business, then real estate, up to the owner of a MLM company.
I come from a family where there was little money. When I entered adult life, my first job was to be a protection agent, I earned 640 PLN (165$). It was then that I met the love of my life – Asia… we felt poverty and financial freedom in our lives, which is why we appreciate every day and we are grateful for each day. I knew that I could not support my family with such a low salary, so I started to look for available solutions on the market. That’s how I came across the insurance industry. I tried and became an insurance agent with my head filled with dreams of success.
ROUND 8: WHAT ARE YOURS RECRUITMENT TECHNIQUES? PERSONALLY, ONLINE OR FROM THE SCENE?
Money is on the stage, so I show myself and my way and opportunities in business. I sell myself first, then the business model and the product. When I recruit leaders, I give them an offer to become our partner. The best of them are interested.
I work in social media and many people speak to me from there. I am proud that I did not make a single phone call to build an organization of over 5000 people. All traffic came from the internet or as recommendations from colleagues.
ROUND 9: WHAT WERE THE SITUATIONS IN YOUR LIFE YOU THAT MADE YOU A MLM MAN?
At home, we never had great means. I knew I had to stand out. I met many MLM leaders who were where I wanted to be. I decided to open my mind and become like them. Then I thought that I wanted to be the owner of a MLM business and earn not only on commissions, but also on the growth of goodwill, brand value, dividend and eventually be able to sell my company when I retire. I would add that I don’t think about my pension yet.
Understanding the book “Money Flow Quadrant.” What business will give you colleagues without having to pay insurence for them? What business will give you a scale? What business will pay you for the results of your trainings?
ROUND 10: WHAT ARE YOU AFRAID OF?
I’m afraid of things I can’t control. I can handle the rest.
My weaknesses. I have to fight them every day.
ROUND 11: WHY SHOULD ANYONE WORK WITH YOU?
I offer my partners my coaching, mentoring and training which I have undergone. I am able to help someone in life and business.
Because Tomek and I give heart, commitment to the development of the Big WoW people and group. We have built the entire Know How, including leading a new person from A to Z, without the need for sales or network experience. As Napoleon Hill used to say, “The passionate desire to succeed is what counts”.
ROUND 12: WHAT KIND OF PEOPLE DO YOU VALUE AND WHAT YOU DO NOT?
I value people who can create something and make their dreams come true. Richard Branson or Elon Musk are such people. They create companies that change the world. Your Fit Way will be such a company. People I don’t appreciate… I’ll leave it for myself. 😉
I value people who communicate directly, honestly, even if they speak their mind to the extreme. I value people who teach others based on experience, practice, not book theories, which often do not apply in real life, in real sales. I hate fairy-tale writers who do little and talk a lot. I also don’t like ‘sign in and get on’ recruitment techniques, because I don’t have time ‘. I achieved success because someone engaged me with their time. Today I am engaging time for others. That’s how it works. 🙂
We have reached the end of the fight. Who do you think deserves a higher note? On a daily basis, the gentlemen overcome themselves and face their greatest fear; they are doing something that they would never dare otherwise; they risk to get what they want, what is precious to them in life.
