ROUND 1: WHAT IS ONLINE BUSINESS FOR YOU?
Online business is synonymous with freedom for me. I live in the UK, but I can do business anywhere in the world. I am particularly interested in the Asian market, where I want to build an online business.
On one hand online business is freedom for me, the freedom to earn money from anywhere on earth, and on the other hand a trampoline for big money that anyone who wants to commit their time to a new profession can earn.
ROUND 2: WHAT DID YOU DO BEFORE YOU STARTED YOUR MLM BUSINESS?
I earned a living in various professions. I went to work in a factory in Belfast, I had a hairdresser, disco etc. I have been a trainer and coach for many years, coaching, among others, the Prime Minister of Northern Ireland. I started training and coaching entrepreneurs, including from the MLM industry. It turned out that they earn a lot of money and are free. They impressed me.
I worked in the insurance industry for a long time, but after creating my multi-agency and making many mistakes I went bankrupt … I didn’t have a life, they turned off my electricity. It was scary…
I have heard of a great life in the UK that you can earn good money as a welder in factories. At the age of 36 I did the course and without much skills and knowledge of the language, I put everything on one card. I went to the UK. After a year of experience, I got there to the best companies, but I hated this place. I wanted to create, build a business, talk to people.
This desire was so strong that I quit my job and was the first Pole in the world to go to Poland to build a business, leaving my family in the UK. After three months I came back without much success. However, I did not give up and after a few more attempts, I found myself in online business, started talking to people from all over the world … and that’s how Kris Kowal was born.
Round 3: WHERE DO YOU WANT TO BE IN 5 YEARS?
I already know where I will be. I want to be a shareholder of the international MLM Your Fit Way company. I also want to create 100 new millionaires with Daniel Kubach and Tomek Młodzianowski.
I want to have hundreds of apartments in different parts of the world to pursue the passion of travel. I want to be in Poland for half a year, and for half a year in winter where it’s warm. I love Asia, for example, I like to spend time there … or Dubai or Singapore.
ROUND 4: WITH WHICH COMPANY WILL YOU NOT SIGN THE CONTRACT AND WHY?
Next question please. 🙂
What I hate in business is greed, lack of a moral backbone, and a lack of ethics. If there were any grounds that would justify such behavior of the owners or leading leaders, I would not decide to cooperate, even for a lot of money. The next thing is the marketing plan. If the numbers show that only the company and two top leaders earn, and most people don’t have a chance to earn a lot, then it’s not for me either. In addition, the lack of scale, i.e. the inability to earn on a wilder scale, further than in Poland – this is also not for me.
ROUND 5: WHAT DISTURBS YOU IN MLM?
There are some elements that I would like to change. One of them is envy if someone is doing well.
Waves with greener grass in competition… When people make their own mistakes, they blame the company. In fact, most have never taken solid steps to implement this business. It also bothers me that MLM is a bit like politics – instead of promoting yourself, many people focus on criticizing others.
ROUND 6: WHAT DO YOU RESPECT THE MOST IN YOUR OPPONENT?
Has similar experience to mine. He started as a manual worker in the UK and is now a great marketer.
He never gives up. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 … I love Daniel Konieczny. We had the pleasure of living close to each other in Belfast and cooperating on various levels. He is a great visionary and coach.
