Today we present the second part of our inteview with this remarkable person. Tomasz Damian achieved success as one of the best leaders of the MLM industry in the world. Before that he was a commando in Lubliniec. He built the largest structure in the S7 Medical Company and currently is a director at Duo Life. He runs his own online sales business. Lives in Gorzów. Happy father and husband.
TOMASZ, AND IF IT WASN’T FOR MLM, WHAT WOULD YOU DO?
I can not imagine what I would do if it was not for MLM. I would probably sell cars that I love or real estate. However, I do not take this into account. That’s in terms of business.. On the other hand, in one million percent I will be more and more involved (I already am) in supporting charitable organizations. My idea is to help children at the age of 6-14 who have no parents or are out of pathology in order to educate them financially, which is what they do not teach in schools and give them a better start to an adult life. I plan to open such a foundation in about 5 years.
IT WILL BE AN AMAZING GESTURE. WHAT CHANGED THE INTERNET IN YOUR LIFE?
My YouTube channel has been watched by about a million people, the same facebook, I train hundreds of thousands of people on the internet, on autopilot – once recorded, created material is watched by hundreds of thousands of people. It is a mega life automation and leverage. When you are reading this article, I have been doing other things for a long time. The Internet gives me the opportunity to acquire business partners from Canada, the USA, from whererever I want, without costs, without leaving my home. This gives pre-selection of people to business. I meet with them, of course, but after choosing and joining my project, not before. It saves time, money etc. Advantage Thanks to Technology.

HOW DO YOU RECRUIT PEOPLE THESE DAYS? TELL US A LITTLE ABOUT YOUR KNOW-HOW.
The most important element is building a relationship with a human being. In my opinion, the key is to create your expressive image on the internet. The fastest tools are live transmissions, webinars, running the appropriate profile. Then there are 5 simple steps:
1.Establishing contact and heating the relationship (for example making friends on facebook).
2.Take a phone number (necessarily – in the end it’s a relationship business).
3.A conversation inviting to an automatic presentation (recording on youtube or website).
4.Sending a presentation to the invited person.
5.Follow up, or closing the transaction (recruitment).
Unfortunately, most people can do the first 4 steps, but they do not understand that most people will not cooperate at the first exposure. That is why we start a process that can last for years with a given person.
WHAT IS TOMASZ DAMIAN’S KEY TO SUCCESS?
I have people in my team who joined me after 10 years of acquaintance. And here the key is the systematics of actions. These beginner steps should be effective with 1 person, moderate with 3 and professionals with 5 or more per day. However, we must remember not to go for quantity only for quality – let’s build relationships. And here again, we are replaced by an effective system of work – on autopilot. Because most of the work can be automated – like the next project exhibitions, which will send our potential partner a correctly configured machine that performs a background work for us. This is the key to success. SYSTEM online. I would have never decided to take these steps “on foot”. No point in wasting life. I exchange 2 days of work for 5 days off, and not the other way round as in a full-time job, for example. This is what the network gives you if we get involved properly and create a system or join it.
HOW DO YOU USE DUPLICATIONS?
Duplicate will work ONLY in a few cases if they are combined:
– when we have the EASY system of operation to be used for the majority in the structure (I used to try to teach people advanced techniques that worked for me, unfortunately it was not duplicable, no one repeated it, today I have simplified the system to the max and there are much better results),
– when the pace (quick) of work is right – many people make this mistake and want to do this business “chilling out”. As my colleague used to say: “you can chill and pay your bills on the 15th,, in pajamas, with a coffee in hand, but only when you can afford it”. According to Eric Worre, MLM mentor: when we have the slow pace of business, we will “starve” him – one hundred percent agree with him. If there is no pace, the business goes out and people are frustrated.
– the project in which we operate gives training support, substantive, has a good marketing plan, where the leader-partner play at the same team.
In a nutshell – in these cases, duplication has a chance to appear.

TOMASZ, TELL US PLEASE WHAT PEOPLE AND EVENTS POSITIVELY AFFECTED YOUR LIFE?
My most important mentor in life is my mother. She showed me that despite the most difficult situations in my life (like my sister’s death, three-job hard work, lack of father’s support, then divorce and many other “uphill” situations) she always managed. She is the toughest person I know with a wonderful heart. I owe her my tenacity, character and diligence.
Another person who had the most influence on my life and event were – the death of my sister – she passed away at the age of 21. A person full of joy and energy. It was a message from God who told me that I should take a grip of mylself, swallow my ego and start humbly to serve people, because then I will achieve the result. I think that today she looks at me and enjoys seeing what is happening in my life. Thank you Kasia…
Two more people in my life are my son Mike, and my wife Gabi – this is my “why” and the biggest inspiration. For them, I reach for more in my life. They are my guardian angels. I love them above all else. All my family is important to me. Personal development made me have family life that I dreamed about, despite the fact that it was different in the past. It’s all a lot of work at yourself. Change yourself and your reality will change too.
AND IN BUSINESS?
In business, however, my greatest mentors are: Alexander Temczenko, Daniel Kubach, Łukasz Milewski, Andy Harrington, Joel Therien, Piotr Pacyga, Manfred Wunderling, Stefan Edefors, T.Harv Eker, and Blair Singer. Jacek Dudzic showed me the right path – without him Polish MLM would not exist, and also one of the best networkers – Piotr Mosio. Great respect. I am very inspired by Russell Brunson and Vick Streizheus.
There are more of these people, but it is impossible to mention everyone. This is my “box of advisers”, I took a little from everyone. In addition, for the achievements in their fields I admire Elon Musk, Michael Jordan, Ronaldo, Novak Djokovic, Raf Nadal, Robert Lewandowski, Jurek Dudek. The last thanks and inspiration is my former boss and partner and friend to today Przemek Z. – for the fact that he once “took me in” and taught business.
LONG, BUT FOR SURE, AN INSPIRING LIST. WHAT ARE YOUR DREAMS NOW TOMASZ DAMIAN?
My dream is that people will not be cheated by governments and corporations so that they will not be exploited. I want them to open their heads and see that there is something other than exchanging 5 days of work for a weak 2 days off. “Man can not escape from prison until he knows he is in it” – this is one of my favorite quotes. T. Harv Eker said at the training – the most important thing is to “realize”. Most people live in the matrix, running and not slowing down for a moment, connecting to the system. I try to search for “open” and show them the way. This is my mission and dream.
Privately, I dream about family happiness, twins – son and daughter – and that the world after our end of life would be more friendly for our children.
