She has experience working in 5 different industries: wellness, cosmetics, electronic commerce, stock market and fund market, cleaning products. From 2011, she has been also the CEO of the Network Marketing company in Poland, in the cosmetics and wellness industry.
Agnieszka built business from scratch in the first year to over 30,000 people with a turnover of around $ 5 million in 9 countries. She is also a motivational speaker and author of hundreds of business trainings and products from the training industry in the field of business. In addition, she is the owner of the training international company Veduta Trainings Global Ltd and the founder of her own company in the e-commerce industry: Multi Brand Network Ltd (a training – consulting company). Agnieszka has an affiliate system with an international reach.

She is a happy wife and mother of 4 children who has lived in the city of Tczew for 37 years. Agnieszka graduated from High School and Optical Technikum. She gained her first professional experience while studying at a consulting company as an events and trainings organizer. When Natalia got the appropriate education, she started working in a financial institution as an administration specialist, and shortly after that she was promoted to the position of assistant to the board and the supervisory board. In 2005 she started cooperation with the Polish FM GROUP, company based in Wrocław. The first half year of work in MLM was a very difficult period for her, because at the same time she worked on two positions in a financial institution, where she managed the marketing and advertising department and built business with FM GROUP. The greatest motivation to her was the vision of a sense of freedom.
Natalia built her new identity on commitment, self-discipline, patience, perseverance, and a friendly attitude towards another human being. Every day he meets wonderful people and motivates them to change. Her structure has tens of thousands of people in many countries around the world.
Urszula Kowal
4. Urszula Kowal
She is fulfilled, happy and financially independent. Emotionally Urszula became associated with the AVON brand. Today she has a powerful human structure, a great life and the will to continue the business that she does not even call a job. Multi-Level Marketing will soon be celebrating its 30th anniversary, while Urszula can boast of 25 years of experience in this industry. She is also interested in fashion. A graduate of management and marketing at the Poznańska Wyższa Szkoła Biznesu i Języków Obcych in Poznań, specializing in Business Management Psychology. From 2006 to 2015 Karolina was an entrepreneur in traditional business. Since 2015 she has been associated with the Multi-Level Marketing business in the travel sector. Author of articles for the MLM industry. Also works in the Word Ventures industry. She says that she is a professional traveller.
Jerzy Krzewicki
6. Jerzy Krzewicki
Born in 1973. Trainer. He has already been around for 10 years in the MLM industry. He works with DuoLife. His greatest success was entering the path of personal development thanks to the MLM industry. He treats his life as a mission. Jerzy wants to help prisoners of money and set them free. He loves his job and meeting people, but is also interested in the modern technology industry – mainly electronic cars. He always plans goals for the next day. His motto is “Work in silence, let the effects make noise”. Earlier he worked with Monavie and Jeunesse. In the business environment, Jerzy has the reputation of being a reliable, candid and honest man.
Dariusz Holeniewski

Dariusz is a laureate of the prestigious Polish National Sales Awards, as well as the LEADER of one of the most dynamically developing MLM companies – Souvre Internationale. He came across the concept of network marketing for the first time during his fourth year of study at the Wrocław University of Technology. In life Dariusz tries to do everything one hundred percent. It was no different in case of his start in this industry. In just six months from the start of his first job in one of the MLM industry companies, he achieved a prestigious director level, to generate four million zlotys a year, and now he is a board member of Souvre Internationale. He owes his strong position in the industry not only to long-term, results-oriented hard work, but also to taking only good examples from other colleagues and leaders.

He became famous for the largest transfer at the turn of 2018 and 2019. For the last 10 years, he has built the largest organization in Poland, Monavie and then Jeunesse. The company Monavie brought to Poland straight from the United States, where he previously lived and worked. Piotr runs training in personal development and is a recruitment champion. He speaks quickly, succinctly and sets goals high. Entering the company Souvre set its conditions, introduced more expensive packages and wants to build a business in the style of Monavie. He is one of the most recognizable people in MLM.
Marcin Oniszczuk
9. Marcin Oniszczuk
CEO in 7play, marketer, entrepreneur. Since 2008 he has dealt with network marketing, since 2010 with internet marketing. He also runs his own business. On stage, Marcin is able to inspire people to act and show them the clear path. When his football career was ruined by illness, he began to help and influence the lives of others. In addition to professional goals, he has the dream to support talented players and create conditions for life and functioning during their football career. Marcin thinks that if you are not really thirsty for something, you have no chance for success. That’s it. He is one of the fastest-growing MLM leaders building Business Online. Used to be a commando in Lubliniec. He achieved success as one of the best leaders in the world, the company “7 minutes”. He was previously at Kayani. Tomasz built the largest structure in the S7 Medical Company. He is currently the director at Duo Life and runs his online business. He lives in Gorzów. Happy father and husband.
Norbert Rekowski
11. Norbert Rekowski
Today the last but least on our “MLM Aces of the year 2018″ list. Norbert currently holds the position of General Manager and leads a group of over 2,000 associates, whom he trained and showed how to earn serious money. He is one of those who acts like magnesium on other entrepreneurs. Privately associated with his wife Joanna, they bring up together son Krzyś. His first small business was popcorn trade at the Primary School in Rzeszotary – a small village near Legnica. He started studying at the University of Physical Education in Wrocław and in the meantime he opened his own business. The first of them was a transport company, he also opened two bars and a restaurant, he provided catering services for large corporations. He believes that nothing happens by chance in life.
Norbert actively assists and supports a number of charity and non-charity organizations not only financially, but also by his own work and time. They say he can sense trends. He is the CEO and partner of EuCO Car. He earns commissions and increases the value of the company by being the owner.
