HELLO FRANCESCO. “VIVI PER ECCELLERE”. I BELIEVE IT MEANS “LIVE TO SUCCEED” AND THIS IS YOUR LIFE MOTTO. WHY THIS ONE? WHY THESE WORDS ARE SO IMPORTANT TO YOU?
Vivi per eccellere means “live to shine”, it’s not a “motto” but a real lifestyle. I choose this as a mantra because I see so much mediocracy in the world that my goal is to push people forward and exceed their limits.
OK FRANCESCO, LET’S GET BACK IN TIME A LITTLE. HOW DID YOU GET INTRODUCED TO NETWORK MARKETING AND, HONESTLY, WHAT WAS THAT EXPERIENCE LIKE FOR YOU?
4 years ago a friend of mine introduced me to Network Marketing. It was the first time for me facing something similar and my curiosity won against skepticism, this is why I started immediately. Right from the beginnig I didn’t focus on other people’s opinion and I put a lot of enthusiasm in it. Firstly I involved friends who shared with me a common vision and we focused on creating the right environment and bounds between the members. Network Marketing is an incredible joureny and it meant so much for me: it is the most powerful experience in my life, and we just got started!
HOW HAS BEING INVOLVED IN NETWORK MARKETING CHANGED YOUR LIFE, PROFESSIONALLY, PERSONALLY OR BOTH?
My life was completely shaken by this industry, I started to listen just to successful people and this brought me to stay away from the negative ones; this was one of the best shift in my life. Network Marketing for me it’s more than a business, it’s a true lifestyle.
WHY DO YOU WHAT YOU DO? WHAT IS YOUR DRIVE IN MLM, YOUR PERSONAL „WHY”?
I want to become an inspiration for people and push them to understand that there is more in life than a normal job and boring routine.

FOLLOWING THAT LOGIC, WE CAN SAY THAT WORK IS BASED ON EFFECTIVENESS, FRIENDSHIP ON TRUST AND ADVERTISING ON HAPPINESS, FOR INSTANCE. HOW ABOUT NETWORK MARKETING? WHAT IS THE ONE THING THAT NETWORK MARKETING IS BASED ON?

I’ve been working with this company for 30 months and my organizations is sized with 6.000 people of which I personally enrolled 72.

I spend time with my friends and the people I love. I play golf and train my body frequently. I love reading and mostly I focus on books of success stories.

My future is bright thanks to this industry, I will be one of the biggest european leader in Network Marketing.
