OK GIORGIO, LET’S GET BACK IN TIME A LITTLE. HOW DID YOU GET INTRODUCED TO NETWORK MARKETING AND, HONESTLY, WHAT WAS THAT EXPERIENCE LIKE FOR YOU?
I was introduced to network marketing when I was 18 years old and I was almost forced to attend an event (typical exemple of incompetence in this industry). At the begining I wasn’t intrested at all. I was fed up, and I thought it wasn’t a real business but just some motivated people, which I really can’t stand (today as well).
HOW MUCH TIME DID YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN NETWORK MARKETING? WHAT STRATEGIES DID YOU USE?
My story is crazy, as I came into this without a sponsor or a real upline, because the person who forced me wasn’t actually involved but just wanted to take a look with me. I had to make myself 100%. So after I decided that this was better (not perfect) than anyother possible job I started. At the beginning this was awkward because of no help and no tools and most of all no awareness . But when I understood and gained the knowledge this only made me stronger. I was my own support, i was the resource. I created myself. The first 11 months i earned 517€ net profit. Don’t even know why I kept going. 1 year later I was sky rocking and making records in my first company. Network maketing tests you and if you’re strong enough, it gives you crazy rewards. I would say that after 2 years I already had more success then many people. Today I’m on the top of my current company, so , 4 years.
GIORGIO, DO YOU CONSIDER YOURSELF AS A SELF-MADE MAN?
Yes, from one side yes; from the other I just studied the greatest and applied. Obsessively I would say. The desire was so big not to learn and most of all apply. Apart from the information, I really work hard. I know it sounds clichè, but it is the real deal of any business. Not just MLM. I demand very much from myself. Nobody can beat me in this. This is my X factor. Yes you need strategies, yes branding, yes social media; but what takes you to an other level il the work ethic.
HOW HAS BEING INVOLVED IN NETWORK MARKETING CHANGED YOUR LIFE, PROFESSIONALLY, PERSONALLY OR BOTH?
Multi-level marketing changed the whole game in my life. It gave me a chance. It allowed me to step into my potential. I was looking for something MINE, I had the desire to change. Prefessionaly this is perfect for every young person that wants to create his life, and personally the network marketing game allows you to get in touch with personal development, open minded people, books , mentors. So if you encounter this business with : hunger and burning desire, willingness to change and willing to put in the work, this industry will give you what you’re looking for.
HOW DO YOU BUILD YOUR BUSINESS AND PERSONAL BRAND ON FACEBOOK AND SOCIAL MEDIA?
Branding is the key for long a term success. People love people not only companies. People choose people, not companies. Think of that: when you get involved, do you even know the company? No! So focusing on the brand is pivotal. It’s not easy and fast but definitely worth it. Social media is the big bang of network marketing, and we are the first ones into it! So don’t take it as a joke but study, learn and practice! And be REAL and TRANSPARENT. People are fed up of people showing off and bragging. So be you, and put out content, the reinforce what you believe in.
HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE AN EFFECTIVE LEADER?
He cares about the people. How they feel, how much the entire organization earns, what’s their mood, etc. And.. he really work hard. In newtork marketing leaders are the most working and the happiest. A real leader remembers that money is for growing the wallet, not the ego. Never stop growing.
WHY SHOULD ANYONE WORK WITH YOU?
Not everyone actually should work with me. I don’t allow everyone to get in touch with me. Only coachable and hungry people. By the way, for anybody , we have crazy systems for the offline world and the online world. And above everything we have CULTURE and we are a big international FAMILY. Remember: people want to feel good and people produce more and earn more if the feel good.
GIORGIO, YOU STRIKE ME AS A VERY INSPIRING PERSON. HAVE YOU ALWAYS HAD THIS TRAIT IN YOU AND DO YOU THINK IT IS ESSENTIAL TO DO NETWORK MARKETING?
To be inspired is essential. To have desire is necessary. But above all, there is the fact of KEEPING the inspiration for a long time. Because network marketing is a long term business. So, yes, beeing inspired is essential in a world where everybody is sad, tired and unhappy. It’s a job. It’s a skill. You’ve got to sell yourself everyday why you started and to keep the goals in front of you (among the negativity and all life issues).

THEY SAY THAT THE DEVIL IS IN THE DETAIL. IN WHICH DETAILS EXACTLY IS THAT DEVIL WHO VERY OFTEN DOES NOT ALLOW A DECENT NETWORK MARKETER TO BECOME A SUCCESSFUL NETWORK MARKETER?
The differentiating trait is the willingness to go through stuff. I mean, in every business you have to face difficulties, hardships and failure. I really give the right expectations to people. I don’t want them to avoid that but instead to embrace that. Become stronger thanks to that. I think this is THE detail (which is not such a detail but a big deal).
GIORGIO, I THINK THAT YOU WILL AGREE WITH ME IF I SAY THAT SPORT IS BASED ON ONE THING: COMPETITION. FOLLOWING THAT LOGIC, WE CAN SAY THAT WORK IS BASED ON EFFECTIVENESS, FRIENDSHIP ON TRUST AND ADVERTISING ON HAPPINESS, FOR INSTANCE. HOW ABOUT NETWORK MARKETING? WHAT IS THE ONE THING THAT NETWORK MARKETING IS BASED ON?
Conversations and competence. You can have all the competence in the world but with no people you go nowhere. On the other hand you can talk to thousands of people and still make no money due to bad skills. Focus on becoming a person that loves people and cares about them. Become an attractive person. For this you need confidence and for confidence you need competence.
YOU ARE IN YOUR EARLY TWENTIES, SO IN YOUR OPINION, BEING SO YOUNG, IS IT AN ADVANTAGE/DISADVANTAGE IN NETWORK MARKETING?
I have just turned 22. 4 years of work brought me here. Every age has its own pros and cons. Don’t think you are furtunate to be young or the contrary. The cool stuff of being young are : often no liabilities (rent, children, work ) and more willing to understand the new world of business (more open minded people). So yes, maybe we are the future, but never think you cannot do that if you’re older.
DOES GIORGIO TRABALDO HAVE A LIFE MOTTO?
Make bad days good days. This is what brought me here. One more day, counting + 1 And not -1. Adding , not subtracting. Growing, not waiting. Transoforming every moment in the right moment and everyday in the right day.
HOW DO YOU SEE YOUR FUTURE?
