WHAT DID YOU DO BEFORE YOU STARTED YOUR DIRECT SALES BUSINESS?
Before we started our Affiliate Marketing Business we were in high school. Mark was 19 years old and he was studying law and economics. Julia was 18 years old, studying design.
HOW DID YOU START YOUR BUSINESS ADVENTURE?
While we were studying in high school. Julia was working at a kindergarten, at a gym, a hotel, and a restaurant. After Mark sprained his right ankle when playing football in Russia, he had no choice but to take his studies seriously.
Mark realized very quickly that the teachers that were teaching him about business, had never done business before and his parents were guiding him in a direction that they heard maybe worked. They didn’t know personally any lawyers or big business owners so Mark chooses to become self-employed and opened up a cafe with his father. After a time working very hard with the cafe Mark realized that instead of reinventing the wheel without experience he needed to seek after a person that had the life we always dreamt about, a mentor, like in football.
That summer a friend introduced Mark to the network marketing industry. Mark went to a group presentation and crossed his fingers that everything that they were telling him was true, because if so, he knew that he now found the vehicle that would change Mark and Julia’s life forever, and it did.
WHAT ARE YOURS RECRUITMENT TECHNIQUES? PERSONALLY, ONLINE OR FROM THE SCENE?
You need to use all ways to communicate with people to set an appointment in real life. You can always start by building a relationship through calls and messages but B2B will give you a long and healthy relationship.
We talk to people about our vision and opportunity everywhere we go because we know what it will do for them in their lives.

Before you judge a person, you need to understand from where there are asking their questions. All people are capable of doing multi-level marketing, you just need to ask the right questions to inspire them to start their journey.
We believe the most important competence is to know your why. Why are you building your business? Your why needs to be unshakable that whatever happens, you will keep going. When your why is unshakable you will be relentless and disciplined towards your goals and dreams.

Affiliate Marketing system is a customer and referrer based idea, to get a discount on certain products or services. Here, in our company we took the Affiliate Marketing system to another level, we put the tier system in it. In our company, the main focus is on costumers.
The biggest difference between us doing the Affiliate Marketing system vs other MLM systems within direct sales is that we have a membership fee one time a year to get wholesale pricing on products or services, your own front, and back-office without having any additional cost every month to be able to earn a commission. We use terms as referrer instead of upline, commission plan instead of saying compensation plan. To enhance our vision with our company we need to make it simple for people to earn a commission and get residual income. Our company has taken the best with network marketing and left no other excuses on the table for people to get started in the business. Our biggest success and privilege is to launch SBH and be the pioners globally together with the ICON himself, Mr. Jay Noland. With his success system, we were not only able as 18 and 19 years old to quit our jobs but to help many others experience what we have experienced.

As Founders in Europe and Global Ambassadors, we have teams all over the globe. From Hawaii to Finland. In less than 1 year as officially launched, we are already in +90 countries and thousands of team members have joined us globally.
HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE THE SWEDISH MARKET? WHAT ARE THE CHARACTERISTICS AND THE PECULARITIES OF IT?
All markets are the same. Time and money are never an issue, it’s only a measurement of value. Sometimes you just need to dig a little bit deeper so you can inspire and give value to a person. Background, your financial status, ethnicity, language does not matter.
If you can solve a problem with your system, they will join you.

We are inspired by many people but our mentor is Mr. Jay Noland with decades of experience, billions of dollars in sales and millions of people in his network. Mr.Noland is guiding us in the network marketing industry.

As being a couple working full-time with direct sales we need to accept our roles. Instead of competing against each other we are completing each other. Both of us have different desires and get fired up by different things. Julia loves to connect with new people and present our opportunity for them while Mark loves to help them get started and help them get the right mindset so they can play the infinite game together with us. If you accept each other’s roles and desires when you work together in a business or in private life, your relationship will be the greatest you can ever experience.
WHAT DO YOU DO IN YOUR FREE TIME?
If we work hard for something that we don’t care about, is called stress. Working hard for something we love is called passion.
What fuels us every day is to see other people achieve and experience what we have experienced. We love to travel and discover new places around the world and we love meeting new people with different backgrounds and witness them become something that they always dreamed about.
