Let’s use an example.

The kite story

Bridge over the Niagara Falls built in 1847. Charles Ellet, the designer of the building’s structure, had to come up with a way to draw a line that connects the two ends of the element. With such turbulent waves, it was impossible to take the ship to the designated place and then stay on the water in order to capture the hook point of the bridge connecting the United States with Canada. Certainly, the plane would make things easier, but in those days, even the greatest minds of the era  did not dream of such inventions. The engineer had to make the impossible possible.
While thinking, he came up with an outstanding plan. He organized a competition, or rather a small lottery, because there was $ 5 to win, for… flying a kite. The lottery was won by a young American. He managed to “fly” the kite to the other side of the abyss. There, an object floating on a rope above the rough water was caught, and thus the two ends of the abyss were connected. It was the beginning of something big, because the rope attached to the tree became the base of the bridge. Further cords, ropes, iron cables and wires were attached to it – the main elements of the hanging bridge.

This thin string of kite is like this one innovative thought… The more you think about your goals, the more ideas and plans are born in your head. The former are the basis for the next like a strong rope – the basis of the largest bridges.

What can affect our actions better than positive thinking? Nothing builds up more than creating a better course of events in your life scenario. Despite the fact that we are aware of the placebo effect in the subconscious, we want to achieve this mindset. American doctors from the Harvard School of Public Health have proven that people with a positive attitude to life are less exposed to stress and depression, which is why they are less likely to suffer from ailments that are rooted in heart disease.
