HELLO MRS GABI STEINER, SO DID YOU WIN YOUR LAST TENNIS MATCH? AND BY THE WAY, HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR STYLE ON THE COURT?
Yes, I won! 7:6 and 7:5 in the tie-break. It was very tough. My style? I would say I have a strong forehand and never give up a ball.
IT IS OBVIOUS THAT YOU LOVE TENNIS. BUT WHAT ARE YOUR OTHER PASSIONS?
Since last year it has become one of my additional passions to watch my grandson. Otherwise it is a great pleasure for to me to help people with the will to succeed to achieve theirs goals.
MRS GABI STEINER, COULD YOU TELL US A LITTLE BIT OF YOUR PERSONAL STORY, PLEASE? WHAT WAS YOUR LIFE LIKE BEFORE YOU CAME ACROSS NETWORK MARKETING?
I was a single mother and my belief was that without a wealthy home as a single mother, I would never have the chance to change anything in my life.
When I first came across the Network Marketing industry in 1993, everything changed overnight. I knew immediately that I would become a millionaire. Because this time it depends on me and not on superiors and not on my financial requirements. I knew I had no time limit and could talk to as many people as I wanted.
WHAT SHAPED YOU EXACTLY IN LIFE? WHAT SHAPED YOU AS AN ETREPRENEUR AND A HUMAN BEING? I MEAN, MAYBE SOME PEOPLE OR SOME EVENTS FROM YOUR PAST?
I don’t think you can limit it to one point. There have been a lot of small development steps in my life. First of all it was clear to me that I have to deal with people who already are where I want to go. That’s why I was always the last one who would leave seminars and go home. Even when after the lectures we would go out for a drink. I was there until everyboby was gone, because I loved to be amongst leaders and mentors watching and learning from them.
And then I always acted without knowing the result. My guiding principle is: Paths arise while walking. Better imperfectly acted that perfectly hesitated. Of course I also was reading every branch literature that there was available. I like to empathize and try to think like other people too. Jim Rohn was one of my great teachers. I was lucky enough to get to know him personally when he was alive.

HOW MUCH TIME DID YOU NEED TO SUCCEED NETWORK MARKETING? WHAT STRATEGIES DID YOU USE?
In my second company Life Plus it went pretty quickly. After the first year, I already had $ 5,000 on my check and the second $ 16,000 . My strategy was clearly based on my being around.
No advertisements, no flyers, just talking from person to person.
No pressure and some details but not to many. Curiosty is a living thing. It must be alive at all times because curiosity is the biggest attraction to people.
We also worked with neutral tools. That means we used independent books.
MRS GABI STEINER, YOU ARE A FANTASTIC SPEAKER, VERY LIVELY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. WHAT IS YOUR SECRET ON STAGE?
Thank you for the compliment. It made me smile. I think the secret is that I am authentic and I say exactly what comes to my mind. I don’t prepare myself very well, just in a few words. And I put everything I want to say in a story. Because everyone can tell a story.
WHAT IS ONE SOLID PIECE OF ADVICE THAT YOU WOULD GIVE SOMEONE ENTERING THIS PROFESSION FOR THE VERY FIRST TIME? AND THE BEST ADVICE YOU HAVE EVER RECEIVED?
Of course, the well-known saying: there are only two mistakes: do not start or t do no stop too early. And the most important thing is: only listen to the people who already are where you want to go. Hide everything else. Focus on your goal, look forward and don’t get distracted.

The first book “PERSON TO PERSON” was created in 2004 and I wanted to pass on my acquired knowledge in multi-level marketing. The basics from it are still 100% valid today. The haven’t changed it. The second is a three-month diary “seasoned” with many stories from the year when we quadrupled our sales.
And the third book is called “BASICS”. It is an independent venture. This is written completely neutrally and describes the individual steps that lead in 100% to success if implemented.

HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE AN EFFECTIVE LEADER?
I think a good leader does what he says himself and don’t just do it once. He has the skills to awake visions in people and also supports them in fulfilling them.

I have been with Life plus for 20 years now. I am very proud of the high product quality, for which Dr. Dwight McKee is responsible. He is a globally recognized luminary with five doctoral degrees. Life Plus is a company founded by 4 founders with roots going back to 1936.
IF YOU HAVE A TIME MACHINE AND COULD TURN BACK TIME – WOULD YOU CHANGE ANYTHING IN TERMS OF YOUR CAREER AND LIFE? IS THERE ANYTHING THAT YOU REGRET?
When I watch my grandson now, I regret that I had to work when my son was little. I would have liked to get to know the industry earlier. I would like to change that.
My son and daughter-in-law are both 100% at Life plus and can spend the whole day with the little one. Otherwise, I don’t think I would change anything significant. Experiences have to be made.
DO YOU HAVE A LIFE MOTTO?
I would need to think about it, but I don’t know if I would like to limit this to just one point. Basically I don’t want to do anything that, while considering, my gut feeling says no to.
LET’S END ON THIS NOTE: WHAT IS YOUR DEFINITION OF HAPPINESS?
It’s easy. For me, it is about being happy and determining your own time.
For me this means for example to be able to play tennis every day. Of course, this requires a lot in the background. Financial independence and the opportunity to live in Florida, where tennis is best. And of course the necessary health.
