When planning a business, I always look to the future. I am an entrepreneur with more than 25 years of experience on the Polish and European market. Over the years of my business, I have learned very well about its realities and the needs of consumers, which has resulted in a passion for developing my own business. I am the founder of Elgra Engineering, an energy services company that has been active in the energy services industry for 20 years. With a clear conscience, I can say that I am characterized by trust in the people I surround myself with when developing a business, as well as courage in making key decisions and empathy manifested in the ability to listen to the needs of colleagues.
