ROUND 8: HOW DO YOU SEE YOUR FUTURE?
TOMASZ
I mentioned earlier that I’m just getting started. My path to success is a path under continuous construction. Anyone who decides that they know everything and has no need for development simply begins to fall back. Of course, I have my goals and dreams. I want to have 100 people earning 6-digit amounts in EUR per month in 3 years.
I want to have an impact on a million people in my team and I want to set up a foundation to support mothers raising disabled children. They are special people – their children have no more hope and they can never lose it. I see the evolution of myself as a husband and father in the future. Family is the biggest “why” for me.

I see myself impacting millions of people. Sharing my stories and lessons through fun, inspirational and engaging talks.
ROUND 9: WHAT PEOPLE DO YOU CONSIDER THE MOST INSPIRING IN YOUR LIFE?
TOMASZ
Sir Richard Branson – I love this guy. The way he can have fun, creating very serious companies, developing amazing projects. Of course, Grant Cardone and its 10X rules – in life you either press or you are still behind (push in terms of 100% commitment, i.e. when I rest, it is also 100%). It is also worth mentioning a typical industry mentor Brig Hart – it’s amazing what he could create and in a short time. I am equally inspired by my close family – wife Monika, daughter Julka and son Jakub – 9 years old. It’s amazing how much you can learn from children :).
KALPESH
There are so many I can not list them all here or it would be a book. For sure my late father and my amazing mother, they inspire me in who to be in life.
In the context of my Network Marketing career, the usual greats such as Napoleon Hill, Dale Carnegie, Jim Rohn, Anthony Robbins, Brian Tracey, Bob Procter and John Maxwell.
ROUND 10: IF YOU CAN CHANGE ANYTHING IN THE MLM INDUSTRY, WHAT WOULD IT BE?
TOMASZ
I am fed up with the flies-by-night., which introduce financial pyramids to the market, thereby destroying the good name of this wonderful and ethical industry.
A method is needed to verify the intentions of the owners and the quality of the product. I would introduce a ban on building several companies at the same time. This is pure stupidity. To succeed, you need to concentrate strongly, and people are looking for happiness. “Maybe if I come in and introduce two, my business will go ahead and I will be rich.” No, that’s not how it works. You will not be. Focus on one company. I would also change the perception of the industry by traditional business. White collars or state institutions – they all deny the values in this business, don’t take it seriously or treat it as a pyramid. It needs to be changed because MLM is a great industry.

Legislation & Accountability.
There is an unethical breed of owners and “leaders” that continue to abuse the industry, knowingly promoting scam after scam to line their own pockets at the expense of the masses that follow, giving this beautiful industry a horrible reputation. No one can predict success of any company, we can however, ask more questions, do more checks and minimise the success of the companies that are unsustainable by design
ROUND 11: WHAT DO YOU VALUE THE MOST ABOUT YOUR OPPONENT?
TOMASZ
I listened to his speech. He is very true in what he says. This is an inspirational speaker of great value. Based on his own history and his own experience, he encourages listeners to work on themselves and change their lives for the better. A man of passion, very open to what the world brings.
KALPESH
I have no opponents. I see leaders with ethics and integrity as my allies. We need more of us to understand and share the magic of this magical business model.
