This is the day! No one has ever seen such a fight. Two dangerous business sharks will stand in the ring of the Ranking MLM portal – Daniel Kubach vs. Marcin Oniszczuk. Relax, there will be no bruises or blood. The idea of the ring is having a duel of two different people who are making money online, but looking at the world from different perspective, so different and so similar at the same time. We have prepared 12 rounds, which we divided into two articles. Each round is one question. Let’s see who has a better recipe for success dear network marketing lovers! We keep our fingers crossed.

ROUND 1: LET’S STAST FROM THE BEGINNING. HOW DID YOU START YOUR ADVENTURE WITH ONLINE BUSINESS?
DANIEL
I set up an email in 1999 and put it on my business card. The first customer wrote to me after 6 months. Once, every colleague and customer had to be acquired. Search, meet and convince. The internet has changed that. When I founded Facebook in 2008 and started publishing information that was important to me, it turned out that clients and colleagues learned about my business and began to write and call for themselves. At that time I did not notice the full potential of the Internet but it was the beginning of my adventure with making money online. Even then I felt that it was a really good start.
MARCIN
MLM offers great opportunities. I saw how it worked for my sponsor and many other people but my structure stood still at some point. What is worse, instead of increasing turnover began to fall …
There was one thought in the back of my head that didn’t let me give up. My sponsor would always say: “Marcin, we operate in the 21st century business, in the information age, where information is commodity”.
It was 2 a.m. One of the last days of my internet access, and I was looking for a solution on Google, typing terms like “How to do MLM on the Internet”, both in Polish and English, because that’s how it is that especially Americans are faster than us in certain issues. And I found a few simple pages with a so-called subscription form if you want to know more. I was tempted to take a free course by the Polish author, gave my data and in a moment I had an e-mail in my inbox. What was my surprise! Then I thought: “How does this guy know that I have just signed up for his course? What does he do at this time instead of sleeping? “Today we know that it is a so-called autoresponder, but then it was something incomprehensible. And so it all began…
ROUND 2: WHY EXACTLY WERE YOU HOOKED ON ONLINE BUSINESS?
DANIEL
Speed of action and efficiency. I could have conversations with more than 5 clients a day. I didn’t waste time traveling. I thought: „if I learn how to use this tool well, I will increase my income and start doing business all over the world”. I could have an initial interview with a client or colleague. Business has become easier and faster.
MARCIN
I was convinced that thanks to the Internet I would be able to reach more people in a much shorter time. It definitely fascinates me till this day.
ROUND 3: HOW WOULD YOU BUILD YOUR BUSINESS, IF THERE WERE NO INTERNET?
DANIEL
I would do the same only more slowly, the oldschool way. So personal meetings and I would try to arrange as many meetings as possible. I would really miss the Internet.
MARCIN

ROUND 4: WHAT HAS THE INTERNET CHANGED IN BUSINESS?
DANIEL
The internet has changed everything. It has become a tool that optimizes business and the way of contact with clients. He also gave power to customers who can comment online on the quality of our services. Now there is no division into internet and non-internet companies. All activities are already online because each is online.
MARCIN
The question is: what hasn’t it changed? In general, the possibilities for action are endless. Today, anyone who makes a decision is able to start their business at their fireside. However, this is a completely new profession, which, like everything else, must be learned. The final advantage is the fact that we can work wherever we have access to the Internet – we are not attached to one fixed place.
ROUND 5: WHO IS AN INFLUENCER?
DANIEL
It is a person who has an impact on a given group of recipients. A recognizable person who is followed and observed. Influencer can show an interesting product or service in such a way that others would like to have it. He can also promote a new idea, but then he is a Trendsetter.
MARCIN
An influencer is someone who has an influence and adds value to other people’s lives. It solves a problem, impresses with something, thanks to which he has a group of trusted recipients.
DANIEL
I can see five of them:
1. Influencers get products from brands.
2. They get money from brands.
3. They promote their own products.
4. They promote products in exchange for a commission fee.
5. They promote products by building a portfolio of clients for which they receive commissions every month or with every purchase.
MARCIN
What we observe on Facebook or Instagram are mainly two models:
Influencer gets products from the company for its own use, and in return promotes his among his fans
Influencer gets gratuities and / or products for promotional entries placed on his board
If we talk about bloggers, they make money on so-called sponsored entries, in other words they advertise a given product or service on the advertising space, which is their blog. The commission remuneration model for real sales is less common.
However, I think there are many other possibilities that can be used, because currently influencers are mainly used for the so-called image advertising, and yet they can also have a real impact on many aspects of our lives.
