Time for an another duel of our Ring of the month cycle! As a part of monthly ring of the RANKING MLM portal, we present you two outstanding leaders: Daniel Konieczny vs. Kris Kowal. We remind you that the idea of the ring is the bout of two leaders who got a success in Multi Level Marketing sector and they have started earning money on the online businesses. We prepared 12 rounds, which we divided into two articles. Each round is treated as a one question. One or both of these gentlemen will hopefully gain your appreciation. We keep our fingers crossed! DANIEL KONIECZNY
Age: 37
Education: secondary school, unfinished Political Science degree
City: Comes from Jawor, but currently lives in Belfast, Northern Ireland
In the MLM industry: for 10 years
For over 10 years he has been dealing with Business Coaching, cooperates with CEOs and owners of MLM companies, Top Leaders from around the world, including: USA, UK, Germany, Italy, Dubai, Poland, Slovakia, Ireland, Russia. He trains companies, corporations on sales, leadership recruitment, motivation and sales from the Public Speaking stage.
Achievements:
- Dreamed and beloved family (2 daughters Emily and Sophie and supportive wife Dorotka)
- He broke his spine (9 vertebrae, 14 small bones) and punctured his lungs. The doctors gave him a 5% chance of walking. Three months after the accident he recovered
- He ran a marathon in New Zealand despite diabetes
KRIS KOWAL
Age: 42
Education: secondary school
City: Bielsko-Biała
In the MLM industry: for 3 years
He has been dealing with business since 2003.

ROUND 1: WHAT IS ONLINE BUSINESS FOR YOU?
DANIEL
Online business is synonymous with freedom for me. I live in the UK, but I can do business anywhere in the world. I am particularly interested in the Asian market, where I want to build an online business.
KRIS
In my opinion, freedom means to earn money online, from anywhere around the world and on the other hand to have an opportunity to gain a lot of money by everyone who wants to take their time and put all the energy into a new profession.
ROUND 2: WHAT DID YOU DO BEFORE YOU STARTED YOUR MLM BUSINESS?
DANIEL
I earned money for a living in various professions. I went to work in a factory in Belfast, I was a hairdresser, DJ etc. I have been a trainer and coach for many years, coaching, among others, the Prime Minister of Northern Ireland. I started training and coaching entrepreneurs, including from the MLM industry. It turned out that they earn a lot of money and are free. I was impressed.
KRIS
I worked in the insurance industry for a long time. After creating my multi-agency and making many mistakes I suddenly lost all of my money… My life was ruined, even my electricity was turned off because I stopped paying bills. It was really scary experience…
I have heard of a great life in the UK that you can earn good money as a welder in factories. At the age of 36 I did the course and without much skills and knowledge of the language, I have emigrated. I went to the UK. After a year of experience, I got there to the best companies, but I hated this place. I wanted to create, build a business, talk to people.
This desire was so strong that I decided to quit my job and I became the first Polish person in the world who went back to Poland to build up a business, leaving my family in the UK. Three months later I came back without success. However, I did not give up and after a few more attempts, I found myself in network marketing, started talking to people from all over the world … and that’s how Kris Kowal was born.
Round 3: WHERE DO YOU WANT TO BE IN 5 YEARS?
DANIEL
I already know where I will be. I want to be a shareholder of the international MLM Your Fit Way company. I also want to create 100 new millionaires with Daniel Kubach and Tomek Młodzianowski.
KRIS
I always wanted to have multiple apartments in different parts of the world to pursue the passion of travel. I want to be in Poland for half a year, and I would love to spend another half of the year somewhere warm. I really love Asia, I like to spend time there … or Dubai or Singapore.
ROUND 4: WITH WHICH COMPANY WILL YOU NOT SIGN THE CONTRACT AND WHY?
DANIEL

KRIS
What I hate about business is greed, lack of a moral backbone, and a lack of ethics. If there were any reason that would justify such behaviour of the owners or leaders, I would not decide to cooperate with them, even if they propose me a lot of money. The next important step is marketing plan. If the numbers show that only the company and two top leaders earn, and most people don’t have a chance to earn a lot, then it’s not for me either. In addition, the lack of scale, i.e. the impossibility to earn on a wilder scale, further than in Poland – this is also not for me.
ROUND 5: WHAT DISTURBS YOU IN MLM?
DANIEL
There are some elements that I would like to change. One of them is envy if someone is doing well.
KRIS
When people make their own mistakes, and instead of finding a solution in themselves, they blame the company. In fact, most of them have never taken solid steps to improve this business. What also bothers me, is that MLM is a bit like politics – instead of promoting themselves, many people just focuse on criticizing others.
ROUND 6: WHAT DO YOU RESPECT THE MOST IN YOUR OPPONENT?
DANIEL
Has similar experience to mine. He started as a manual worker in the UK and is now a great marketer.
KRIS
He never gives up. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 … I love Daniel Konieczny. We had a pleasure living close to each other in Belfast and cooperating on multiple levels. He is a great visionary and coach.
