Habits they are permanently associated with human existence, because they are natural for all of us. Habits are performed automatically, without further thought. These are activities that we repeat many times and after a while we begin to do them instinctively. We can also use another definition of a habit:

A great example of what a habit is driving a car. This means that when you are behind the wheel and move on the road at high speeds, controlling the distance between other vehicles, adhere to traffic rules, changing gears, serve radio, and even it is illegal, talking at the same time on the phone. This is because habits can be compared to a state of unconscious competence, provided that the habits are related to both positive and negative aspects of our lives.
Two kinds of habits
Simply, we can divide them into good and bad habits. Depending on our behavior, we decide what habits we elaborate. In our free time, we can create a bad habit of sitting down in front of the TV and watching a program that does not bring anything to our lives, and its main purpose is killing precious time. A positive habit that you can develop and execute at the same time, is the choice of a good book that will raise our self-esteem and competence, or just making a series of phone calls to family and loved ones, or even meet with your friends for coffee.
Both positive and negative aspects of these behaviors can be found in trifles, such as approaching a crosswalk always check if there is no car coming, so we look to the left, right and left again. Habit is also deciding how thick slice of butter you put on the bread and how many spoons of sugar you put in your tea. The problem is that habits are also found in many important areas such as customer service, organizing free time and manner of conducting business meetings. According to that, habits can have a huge impact when and whether we attain success.
The habit speaks itself

It is worth to develop positive habits and nurture them at every opportunity. So how can you fight with the old, bad habits? It is simple. Instead of doing something that does not bring greater meaning and benefits, this time get involved in something else, which will change your outlook on life.
The next time you sit down on the couch to turn on the TV, do not do it! Instead holding the remote in your hand, go for a walk in the park, go running or ride a bike. It also will be a time only for you, but instead of trashing your mind with useless information and events, which you cannot control, get out of the house, get some oxygen and clear your mind. Just relax. If your habits are so deep-rooted that you are not able to conduct an internal transformation, then start with small steps, before you throw at the deep end.
You can start with small things, by which it will be easier for you to go to more relevant elements. Continuing the example with using the TV, try to reduce your habit, limit it to a specific amount of time. You can allow yourself for this pleasure for five minutes shorter every day, until you reach a maximum hour per day, dedicated to the most important information, or one favorite show as a reward for your dedication and perseverance.
Once you get rid of a bad habit, you will soon see that you do not need the television, so you will not feel that you are missing anything – quite the contrary. Make sure that the time that you wrench from the hands of your bad habits, will be used wisely, for example on taking care of your health. Focus on the essential elements and begin to make positive habits in another area of your life, especially business, because self-discipline is very important in multilevel marketing. It should be consistent and make step by step, especially among the few rules that may have a particular impact on the results, and they include:
An element that shows your attitude, vitality and enthusiasm. Proactive people are interested in world, relations with the surrounding people, they use of all available opportunities to obtain the best effects. Such people are set to “yes”, which means that when the phone rings and the caller will propose going to the cinema, going for a walk or going to development conference, their answer is usually “yes.”
Starting with a vision of the end
A principle that requires an analysis of what you do every time you start any action. Before doing the phone, or going out to a meeting, determine exactly how it will end, because without it, the conversation will wander, and may not produce the desired effect. Working with the vision of the end results with every step takes you closer to your goal.

A habit which produces harmony between all four aspects is important, because its state is reflected in our lives, in terms of private and professional life. Only when we reconcile all of the above features, we can feel fulfilled and happy. If we do not, it will be difficult to maintain a positive attitude and habits relating to other aspects of life.
