The basis of these four steps is responsibility. But what is it? How is it defined? I will use English dictionary, according to which the responsibility is “necessary, legal or moral obligation to respond for actions and therefore answer for one’s behavior.” Someone could say that it is obvious. Many people, even though they declare that they are responsible, they act in different way. For me, the responsibility is characterized by three elements:
1. You are responsible for the events in which you participate.
2. You are the architect of your own fate.
3. You take responsibility for achieving your goals.
What does it mean?
Many times you do not have impact on what is happening in the world around you. However, you decide what you think about the event. If at that time you consider yourself as the winner, despite the fact that others recognize you as a loser, you will be the winner. Every step in life you make only once, so subordinate it to a specific purpose. You decide in which way you will go. You always have a choice, even when you think that you do not.
Responsibility is the foundation of success
It is worth to take a decision and make the first step, arm yourself with courage and be a man of success. Set a goal, believe in it, begin to pursue it, and eventually you will succeed in sales because it is within your reach. Give yourself a chance, act consistently, believe in the success of your actions and accept the fact that you are a man of success, effective leader.
