Aneska Wide, you strike me as a very inspiring person. Have you always had this trait in you and do you think its essential to do Network Marketing?
I’ve always been a motivated person and inspiring people is my passion. You need to be very motivated to be a networker to be able to deal with the ups and down and to be able to pass that onto your downline so that your organization stays inspired throughout the process.
What shaped you exactly in life? What shaped you as an entrepreneur and as a human being? I mean maybe some people or events from your past?
From an early age I’ve had to learn my place in this world, what I wanted and what I didn’t want. I didn’t have it easy growing up and was constantly faced with uphill battles. Therefore, learned to voice my opinion early on and not to worry about what society or people thought of me, but rather to develop a love for myself and a deep inner knowing of who I am. I think it’s important to know who you are and then have nothing or no one in your way to stop you. I’m not scared to reach for new heights daily.
How has being involved in Network Marketing changed your life, professionally, personally or both?
I believe so much more in myself thanks to network marketing. I have more self-confidence and belief in the industry, and I’m blessed that I can help others change their lives through network marketing.
Apart from being a Network Marketer, Aneska Wide also helps people – the people in her organization – to believe in themselves, light up, want and achieve more in life. So in a few well chosen sentences: How do you do it?
I help people see what they are good at and help them work through their fears and strengths in Network Marketing. I also work closely with my team and encourage them to focus on what they are good at. Some people prefer e-commerce and others Offline. I tailor their daily tasks based off that. I also encourage the law of attraction.
You are in your early twenties, so in your opinion, being so young, is it an advantage/disadvantage in Network Marketing?
It’s an advantage. I failed quicker than most people earlier on and when you are younger you get up quicker. But also, there’s no right or wrong age when it comes to Network Marketing. It’s about the passion for it.
How would Aneska Wide describe an effective leader?
Someone who doesn’t give up on you and leaves you to your own demise. Always checking in to hear if you need anything. Continues team training and learning from each other. I always strive to upskill where I can help my team.
How do you build your business and personal brand on Facebook and Social Media?
Attraction marketing is an amazing tool to attract people to your page. People buy you and not the business.
Why should anyone work with you?
I don’t give up on my team, regardless of the situation. I will always be their number one cheerleader even when they leave the company. To me a lasting relationship is very important.
How long have you been in Network Marketing and your current company? How many people have you personally enrolled into your company? What is the current size of your organization?
I’ve been in MLM four years in October this year. With Organo for 4 months. I’ve personally enrolled 30 people and currently I have 110 people in our team.
How would you describe the market to European readers?
South Africa is an untapped market, especially with Organo recently launching here. I think it’s a tough industry, no matter your country you are in. It takes hard work and dedication. People give up too easily at times.
Does Aneska Wide have a life motto?
Never give up, always get up!
How do you see your future?
Growing my business further. I’ve found home with Organo and I look forward to travelling the world with them and my family. Helping others reach their dreams.
