Running a business, any business in MLM, network marketing or not, is often a demanding job. Certainly interesting and exciting when doing business alone, but even more interesting and exciting when doing it together – as a couple. It means, as a couple in multi-level marketing and as a couple in private life. Today we would like to share with you the story of Marina Mursic and Boris Lupsina, a wonderful couple and great young entrepreneurs with great personal brand who have already achieved so much in business and they are on the right path to achieve even more.

How they met

Thanks to network marketing, Boris and Marina met at one of the business meetings 3 years ago. Then, in 2018 they continued an e-commerce business together.

It’s not uncommon to see couples decide to go into MLM together. Ranking MLM wrote about it as well. The close relationship, shared goals for the future and steadfast support they have make entrepreneurship seem like a natural and perfect fit for both of them.

The vision

Why working as a couple? Marina and Boris decided to go into the business together after they realised that they share the vision both for business and their future together. We also wanted to spend as much time as possible together, says Boris. Being around one another 24/7 isn’t always fun. A strong bond between two and supportive relationship, based on trust and open communication is very important. They both believe that the VISION is the glue that keeps the relationship together. Going into business with a spouse is essentially like another marriage, you need to work in tandem to produce the best outcome possible.

The synergy

We are very lucky in that we truly complement each other. Boris is much better at the business strategy while I am more comfortable interacting with customers. Boris is also a very high energy person while I love to do the things in a calmer way, says Marina. Working together is a great experience. One can highlight the strengths of the other. That way we can really do our best and attract more couples – we believe that building a MLM business together can strengthen any relationship.

Talking with Boris and Marina they also explained that in e-commerce business, where in order to earning online you have to cover such a wide territory you have no other option than to divide tasks based on our talents. They truly are a power couple, which means that one person makes up for the weaknesses of the other person.

Piece of advice

Their advice? Going into network marketing together can be a very positive thing but it can also be very trying at times. You won’t always agree on everything but you have to agree to disagree and not let the business conversations interfere with the relationship. It is also very important to set aside some time only for each other, no business.
