Konrad Gandera is in his mid-twenties and despite his young age, his business path is a success story. WHICH BUSINESS FAILURE TAUGHT YOU THE MOST IMPORTANT LESSON? IN OTHER WORDS, FROM WHICH BUSINESS FAILURE HAVE YOU DRAWN THE MOST VALUABLE CONCLUSIONS?
Hmmm… interesting question. Thanks a lot for it. It made me think. I remember in February 2018 there was a very difficult situation for me in a business I couldn’t handle. A very difficult emotional moment in my life. Honestly, when I look at it now, I see that I’d fallen into a depression that I was hiding inside me. This situation made me have a mental wall in front of me that didn’t let me go further and, as it turned out, she shut me out of business for a while. I don’t want to say what exactly happened.
Even though I wasn’t active in business, every month a particular amount of money would fund my bank account and that made me feel safe. So the Network Business model is exceptional. My lesson is that if you want to succeed in Network Marketing and build the team that will win, you need to take responsibility first. Learn the full online and offline crafr from scratch. Then take responsibility for your team, teach and focus on creating new leaders in your organization, be with them in of difficult moments and during their successes. This provides a friendship for years, a unique atmosphere in the team and a stable foundation to scale your business.

Promotions of my business partners in Network Marketing are the most inspiring for me. Each time when they happen I feel an exceptional fulfillment and a huge gratitude that warms me up from the inside! I will tell you two stories of my business partners. Honestly, when I think about them I have tears in my eyes…
Ewelina comes from the city of Czestochowa. She joined my team in August 2019 completely without experience in building a network business. She wanted to reconcile working in the network business, raising 2-year-old Zuzia, 9-year-old Filip and household duties. Her dream was to earn $750 per month in MLM and not to return to her 9 to 5 job in September 2020. Believe me that it was not easy to change certain habits, to learn how to build properly relations, creating a list of contacts, conducting business talks, attractive stories about the products or the successful completion of meetings . I admire her for how much she could grasp things at once.
Ewelina trusted me and implemented my own “7-step recruitment system in Social Media”. The second beautiful story is Peter. When I met him he was an always busy sales representative who hated his work with all his heart. He got up at 5:30. Set off on the road. He’d come home after 6:00 p.m.. Still stressed out about his target and the enormous pressure on the result that that in the company.
The sales targets were getting higher and higher every month, and the standards were impossible to achieve. This affected not only his mood but also the atmosphere at home. He wanted a change. In December 2016 we started to cooperate, he had two meetings a day after of working hours on the job because he really wanted to “fire his boss.” After 2 years from starting cooperation with me, Piotr did it! Currently he earns $2000 …and he regained his inner peace of mind. He’s free of constant pressure on the score, he drives a new Kia car paid for by the company and is a happy man who loves work with people.

I wrote this book because I remember starting my own adventure with e-commerce and I couldn’t get a specific knowledge in this area on the polish market. I had to learn everything myself. I was looking for people who deal with this subject on foreign markets. but you know “one man`s meat is another man`s poison”. So what works on other markets will not necessarily have the same effect in Poland. I have repeatedly passed the implementation stages, testing and checking what works or not, and if not why? What needs to be changed? 5 years from now it will be 2025, and I will be 32. I can definitely see the income of Network Marketing amounting to over $12,000 per month because I have some plans to make in the real estate market. I see myself among the fantastic, supporting, entrepreneurial people for whom values such as friendship, love, joy, consistency, trust, courage, enthusiasm and responsibility are highly important.
