ISN’T THAT THE CASE SOMETIMES WITH YOU?
In the New Year’s period there is also a madness of provisions, there are trainings on setting goals, where in notebooks many people write down (sometimes even very meticulously) what they want to achieve, but then throw everything into a corner, completely not working on the implementation. The voices of those who believe in the law of attraction can speak here, which proclaims that if you have the intention, you will attract your goal in your MLM business. And there’s a lot of truth in that. Intention and faith are crucial, because without faith in achieving the goal, no plan will help us. But the truth is that, in addition to intention and attraction, we still need to act to help this goal reach us.
HOW DOES THIS WORK FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF YOUR MLM BUSINESS?
As you know, business in MLM is duplicated. This means that your group will do what you do (or at least that’s the noble premise). And great if you have good habits of setting goals, planning your work, monitoring the results and implementing these plans (most importantly), because there is a chance that some people will duplicate it. Worse, if you have chaos, a mix of priorities and although the company creates you a ready-made system that only just need to copy, you do not do it systematically. Your people will always look at you. Even if you don’t think they’re seeing, they see, they know, and they feel whether you’re just talking or talking and doing what you’re talking about. Especially if you want to demand more from them than you require of yourself. Especially if you want them to have their goals and work on them systematically, and you don’t. That’s why the words “BUSINESS NEVER OVERTAKES A LEADER” need to be taken to heart so much, and if something doesn’t work in your business, then after the verification stage what it is – see how it works directly in your case.
SO HOW DO YOU DO THAT TO ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS IN MLM BUSINESS?
- How to plan to realise what we dream about? How do we advance in the time we give ourselves?
- And how do we control a multitude of priorities if we want to be more effective?
- And finally: how in all this to have time for yourself for your passions, for your family or just to lie up your belly and relax?
Let me show you the “How to plan to deliver: faster, more easily and more enjoyable” system, which is part of the course we provide for business calendar users more effective 2020.
1. PLAN ACCORDING TO YOUR LIFE PRIORITIES, NOT PRIORITISE YOUR DAILY TASKS.
Of course, every day you definitely have tasks with more or less priority, and it’s also worth monitoring so you know what to do first. However, it’s crucial that you plan what’s to be done based on your life priorities before you start on priority tasks. Answer yourself:
- ” What are my life priorities?
- “What is most important to me in life?
- “What would I not give up in my life?”
There will be a list, which may include such priorities as: family, home, work, development, etc. This list can contain several to a dozen priorities. Organise them from the most important to the least important.
And now note: If you have more than three priorities, you don’t really have any.
And this is the key sieve. As much as I work in MLM business (and I’ve been doing it for 16 years), I get to know people, I plan, I work with leaders, entrepreneurs and millionaires, the principle repeats so much that: YOU ARE ABLE TO MONITOR UP TO THREE AREAS OF LIFE, THREE GOALS, THREE PRIORITIES ON AN ONGOING BASIS.
So if your MLM business isn’t in the top three , you probably won’t develop it the way you might dream of. If it’s not in the top three of your priorities, it probably won’t be in your team’s top three priorities. Keep this in mind before you start requiring others.
2. KNOW YOUR LIFE ROLES
Life roles are more than roles played in theatre. These are “all your incarnations” that you take every day: mother, wife, employer, employee, leader, father, husband, son, daughter, friend, friend, consultant, etc. There may be several of these roles, and here the case is similar – if there are more than 3, and certainly is, then you are able to focus on those that correspond to your key life priorities. As part of your life roles, you also have tasks to accomplish, and here it is worth answering the question: what tasks do I have to carry out in terms of each of the roles each week? That is, determine the so-called routine tasks. When you have them black and white written on a piece of paper (I suggest you make such a table: my life roles, the necessary tasks, the time they take), also consider how long each task takes on a daily or weekly basis. This will help you determine what time space you have left for other priorities (if any), and will also make it easier to plan your week, because you will have a “bird’s eye view” of what is most important and what needs to be in the plan so that you can lead a happy and compatible life. Knowing your life priorities, roles and tasks, you can proceed to the goal-setting process and later planning.
