I’m actually fine, thanks for asking. Businesswise, my organization is actually faring very well in fact, many of my leaders are actually earning bigger commissions now than before the effects of Covid-19 was felt. Personally, since I started with doing MLM offline I had to adjust and do everything online. Honestly, it never felt like there was any setback at all.
WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE TO THOSE WHO ARE JUST BEGINNING THEIR ADVENTURE IN NETWORK MARKETING TODAY – IN THIS SPECIAL YEAR OF 2020?
Adjust. Most businesses are e-commerce now. They have to learn the ropes of online marketing, Facebook ads etc., the good news is business is actually a lot easier to do these days, all you need is your smartphone or computer and that’s it.
PEASE REMIND OUR READERS ABOUT YOUR STATISTICS. HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN INVOLVED IN THE NETWORK MARKETING PROFESSION, HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN WITH YOUR CURRENT COMPANY, HOW MANY PEOPLE HAVE YOU PERSONALLY ENROLLED INTO YOUR COMPANY AND WHAT IS THE CURRENT SIZE OF YOUR ORGANIZATION?
I’ve been in the MLM profession since October of 2003 and I’m currently on the 14th year with my current company. I started really young in this industry. I currently have over 800,000 down lines of which, I have sponsored over a 100 individuals.

Sure, our products are mainly in the beauty and health segment. We have partnered with several reputable food supplement manufacturer from all over the world one of which is Nature’s Way from the US (our oldest partner ) where they make really potent food supplements with really high ORAC (Oxygen Rapid Absorbance Capacity) Value. Recently we also partnered with a Korean company that manufactures personal Hydrogen Water maker which is a very portable device intended to make your regular drinking water into a hydrogenated water. We really believe that products related to health is quite stable since having a good health never goes out of fashion.
HOW DO YOU BUILD YOUR BUSINESS ON FACEBOOK AND SOCIAL MEDIA?
It’s basically all about building your personal brand. Having a brand where people could trust you matters the most. Also, it’s important to bring value to them by means of posting really useful contents. It’s not always about selling or recruiting it’s more of giving value.
WHICH BUSINESS FAILURE TAUGHT YOU THE MOST IMPORTANT LESSON? IN OTHER WORDS, FROM WHICH BUSINESS FAILURE HAVE YOU DRAWN THE MOST VALUABLE CONCLUSIONS?
I actually read more about other people’s successes than reading about their failures. Although you can learn something from hearing or reading about someone’s failure, it’s not really something you can easily draw conclusion from. When it comes to learning from failure there’s no other way but to experience it yourself and learn from it first hand. It can’t be taught, rather you have to experience it yourself that’s the difference between learning from triumphs and learning from failures and also why learning from one’s own personal failure weighs more than learning from triumphs.

I do know a lot of jokes we use during our presentations. However they require to be delivered in person or else you’ll miss out the punch line. Haha! That’s the thing with telling jokes from our country It’s only as funny as the one who delivers it. Maybe on a live interview I could but not on an article haha!
WHICH PEOPLE DO YOU CONSIDER THE MOST INSPIRING IN TERMS OF BUSINESS?
I always do associate myself with people who work really hard. I’m usually inspired with people who are from rugs to riches and the really innovative, passionate ones.
JOSEPH, YOUR JOB IS YOUR PASSION. BUT WHAT ELSE IS FULFILING IN YOUR LIFE? YOUR FAMILY, YOUR HOBBY, BEING ON STAGE AS AN MOTIVATIONAL SPEAKER OR SOMETHING ELSE?
As of the moment I guess it’s being a father. I just recently became a dad. Other than that what fulfills me the most is seeing other people reach their fullest potential and eventually turn their dreams into fruition.
l YOUR PLANS FOR THE FUTURE? THE NEAREST ONE AND THE VERY FAR ONE.
From day 1 my plans changed very little it’s still to create more millionaires via MLM, the only difference now is because of the recent situation I want to help as many people as I can to make an adjusted way of getting their dreams. Also to become the first Billionaire from MLM in my country. That has always been the plan.
