Sometimes the name of the investor, president or shareholder opens all doors. Thanks to this, the company becomes more reliable. Perhaps you have never heard of a company, but if a well-known entrepreneur is behind this project, you recognize that this company has a better chance of success on the market.
A fictitious person like Harry Potter, Batman, Superman or James Bond can become a brand now. The latter is an identification of masculinity and a hero of many generations. Most boys and even adult men identify with him. From a business point of view, the fictional character has become a brand and earns money for its owner.

Companies and devices can be brands. IPhone and iPad are such a top brand product. What makes them stand out from the competition? Currently less and less. The problem of brands is that they are becoming more and more similar to each other. On the other hand, the iPhone is clearly more expensive than competing products because it is a brand. When you buy sports shoes, you can buy any for little money or branded Nike, Adidas or Reebok. By buying more expensive, brand – you pay their owners for creating brands. Is there something wrong with this? Of course not. This is a normal business trend. The vast majority of people like to surround themselves with brands, wear designer clothes, have branded gadgets and a branded car. Ask yourself, what car would you like to drive?
Let’s look at business trends now. They change at a dizzying pace. One of the trends is that companies are building stronger brands. Companies such as Armani, Versace, Dolce Gabbana and Prada do not have to solicit too much for the customer, because customers want to dress in these specific brands. Can it be the same with people? Will people increasingly want to work with or work for personal brands? It turns out that yes. We like working in a reputable company for a well-known manager.
We associate a person with a personal brand with a successful person. We want to warm up in its splendor. Maybe a bit of this splendor will fall on us? In addition, people naturally follow the leaders. They are looking for leaders and role models. Subconsciously, most of us would like to be a personal brand.
